At Priish Clothing, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may cancel your order or request a refund under the following conditions:
1. Order Cancellation
Before Shipment:
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placement without penalty. Contact us at info@priishclothing.com with your order number.
After Shipment:
Once your order has shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. You may return the item(s) for a refund upon delivery (see “Returns & Refunds” below).
2. Returns & Refunds
a) Eligibility:
- Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Products must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- With all tags attached
- In the original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order number/invoice) is required.
b) Non-Returnable Items:
- Underwear, socks, and other intimate apparel
- Personalized/customized items
- Items damaged due to misuse or altered after delivery
c) Return Process:
- Initiate a Return:
Email info@priishclothing.com with:- Your order number
- Product details and reason for return
- Photos of the item(s) (if defective/damaged)
- Return Authorization:
We will email you a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and shipping instructions.
Returns without an RAN will not be accepted. - Ship Your Return:
Send the item(s) to:[Insert Return Address Here]
Attn: Returns – RAN: [Your Number]Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
d) Refund Processing:
- Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the item(s) within 5 business days.
- If approved, your refund will be processed via your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable (except for defective/incorrect items).
3. Exchanges
We currently offer refunds only (no direct exchanges).
To exchange an item:
- Return the original item for a refund.
- Place a new order for the desired item.
4. Damaged/Defective Items
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged/defective item and packaging.
We will cover return shipping costs and provide a full refund or replacement (subject to availability).
5. Late/Missing Refunds
If your refund hasn’t appeared in your account after 10 business days:
- Check your bank/credit card statement.
- Contact your payment provider (processing times may vary).
- If unresolved, email us at info@priishclothing.com.
