Exchange Policy

At Priish Clothing, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may cancel your order or request a refund under the following conditions:

1. Order Cancellation

Before Shipment:
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placement without penalty. Contact us at info@priishclothing.com with your order number.

After Shipment:
Once your order has shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. You may return the item(s) for a refund upon delivery (see “Returns & Refunds” below).

2. Returns & Refunds

a) Eligibility:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • Products must be:
    • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
    • With all tags attached
    • In the original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (order number/invoice) is required.

b) Non-Returnable Items:

  • Underwear, socks, and other intimate apparel
  • Personalized/customized items
  • Items damaged due to misuse or altered after delivery

c) Return Process:

  • Initiate a Return:
    Email info@priishclothing.com with:

    • Your order number
    • Product details and reason for return
    • Photos of the item(s) (if defective/damaged)
  • Return Authorization:
    We will email you a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and shipping instructions.
    Returns without an RAN will not be accepted.
  • Ship Your Return:
    Send the item(s) to:

    [Insert Return Address Here]
    Attn: Returns – RAN: [Your Number]

    Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.

d) Refund Processing:

  • Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the item(s) within 5 business days.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed via your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable (except for defective/incorrect items).
3. Exchanges

We currently offer refunds only (no direct exchanges).

To exchange an item:

  • Return the original item for a refund.
  • Place a new order for the desired item.
4. Damaged/Defective Items

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged/defective item and packaging.
We will cover return shipping costs and provide a full refund or replacement (subject to availability).

5. Late/Missing Refunds

If your refund hasn’t appeared in your account after 10 business days:

  • Check your bank/credit card statement.
  • Contact your payment provider (processing times may vary).
  • If unresolved, email us at info@priishclothing.com.
